    Pak Choy is the same plant as Bok Choy.  It is an Asian Green that can be added to stir-fries, soups, poached in broth or sauteed in garlic, ginger and tamari/coconut aminos. 

    • Pak Choy is a great source of Vitamin A (1 cup is equivalent to 60% of RDI), Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Dietary Fibre
    • Best Stored: In a dry place
    • Can be eaten raw or cooked.
