Flour (Buckwheat / Flour) ¼ cup ½ cup 1 cup 1.5 cup
Salt & Pepper to taste to taste to taste to taste
olive oil / ghee / coconut oil
1 tbsp 
2 tbsp
2.5 tbsp
3 tbsp

Method
  • Grate all veggies
  • Mix in a bowl with rest of ingredients (except oil)
  • Heat oil in a pan on Med
  • Using a tablespoon heap veggie mixture into the pan and make round fritter shapes.
  • Cook for 3-4 mins on each side 
  • Repeat
  • Serve with Mash, Peas and Tzatziki
